How much time will the technology leader spend with us?
It depends on what your business needs. We take time to understand your environment first, then set the level of involvement — anywhere from about 8 hours a month up to 60.
What does it cost compared with a full-time technology leader?
Typically between less than 10% and 60% of what a full-time technology leader costs you. You pay for the senior judgment you need, not a full-time salary.
Can we hire our Top7 technology leader full-time?
Yes. Many clients grow into the need for a full-time leader, and our contracts allow you to hire your Top7 teammate when you get there. It's a chance to try before you buy.
